How we work

Every matter follows the same path, so you always know where it stands, what is missing and what comes next.

  1. Tell us about your case

Message us on WhatsApp, call us or come to any of our offices. We will ask specific questions, one at a time if need be, to get a clear picture of your situation. If you have a letter, a notification or a contract, send us a photo or the PDF from the outset.

  2. We work out what applies

We look at the rules that apply to your case and tell you the right procedure, the deadlines, the risks we see and the alternatives open to you. If the matter is complex or unclear, the head of the relevant area reviews it before we give you an answer.

  3. We sign an engagement letter

You receive in writing what we will do, the fixed fee and the full list of documents we need, numbered and named one by one. Along with the engagement letter, you also sign the data protection information.

  4. We prepare the file

Once we have all the documents, we prepare the contracts, returns, applications or written submissions. Before anything is filed, another member of the team reviews it and signs it off.

  5. We file it and follow it up

We file with the relevant authority and keep track of the case: notifications, requests for information, corrections and deadlines, until a decision is made. We let you know about every development and tell you what to do if action is needed.

Our commitments

What you can expect from us

Everything in writing

Scope, fees and documents are set out in the engagement letter. If anything changes along the way, we raise it with you before acting.

Deadlines under control

We record every deadline as soon as a matter comes in. If one is close to expiring, or has already passed, we tell you clearly and explain your options.

Your data, protected

We use your data only for your case, never mix it with other clients' information and handle it in line with data protection law.

Channels

How to reach us

WhatsApp. Our main channel. You can write, send voice notes and share documents as photos or PDFs. It is handled by our team; outside office hours an automated assistant may acknowledge your message and ask for basic documents, but answers about your case always come from a person.

Phone and email. For when you would rather talk things through or need to send a lot of documents.

In person. At our offices in Malaga, Algeciras and Tetouan.

What we need from you

To keep things moving

  • Let us know as soon as you receive a letter or notification from the Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria), the Social Security, the Public Employment Service (SEPE) or the immigration office (Extranjería). Many deadlines run from that day.
  • Send complete, legible documents: every page, with nothing cropped and no glare.
  • If anything changes in your circumstances (address, job, family), tell us: it may affect your applications.
  • Read and sign the engagement letter before we begin.
